1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% no-questions-asked refund on all new license purchases within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the Pro or Agency tier for any reason, simply let us know, and we will refund your entire payment.

2. Eligibility and Conditions

To ensure a fair policy for all users, please note the following conditions:

• Initial Purchases Only: The 30-day guarantee applies strictly to your first purchase of a Milky Popup license.
• Subscription Renewals: Refunds do not apply to automatic subscription renewals. We provide the ability to cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the premium service.
• Upgrades: If you upgrade from a Pro to an Agency tier, the 30-day refund window is calculated from the date of your original initial purchase, not the date of the upgrade.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@milkypopup.com from the email address associated with your purchase.
2. Include your license key and order number in the email.
3. (Optional) While no questions are asked, we always appreciate any brief feedback on why the plugin didn't work out for you so we can continue to improve.

Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.

4. What Happens After a Refund?

When a refund is processed, your Milky Popup premium license key will be deactivated immediately. As a result:

• You will no longer have access to premium features (such as exit-intent technology, advanced analytics, and premium integrations).
• You will no longer receive automated updates, security patches, or priority support.
• Your popup designs will remain in your WordPress database, but any premium features utilized within them will cease to function on the frontend of your website.

5. Fraud and Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (e.g., repeated purchasing and refunding to get free premium access) or if there is suspected fraudulent activity associated with the purchase.
